  • Can you deliver overseas?

    Not usually, but please email us on and we will always try our very best to get you in some Zesti scrubs!

  • How quickly will delivery take?

    Just so you know, we offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £72! Our standard delivery cost is £7.14 

    Delivery is 1-3 working days for mainland UK and 2 -3 working days for Northern Ireland & Highlands. Please allow up to 10 working days for embroidered garments, these take a little longer. But they are worth the wait!

  • What is your refund policy?

    Your satisfaction is our policy. We like to play fair, so all of our standard stock garments come with a 30 day, no quibble refund option. Refunds are not available on customised or embroidered goods.

  • How do I return a garment?

    Just FYI, garments that are not in their original condition or have been customised, are non-returnable. Sorry about that. 

    If your order falls outside that criteria, please return your garments within 30 days of receiving them unless otherwise agreed. Follow these steps to proceed with the returns process.

    1. Please have the following information ready when contacting our customer experience team:

    • Customer account number / Sales order number 

    • Product name of garments you which to return

    • Number of garments you wish to return

    • Details of replacement garments in terms of size and fit

    • Your contact email address

    Contact us either by phone or email at Our number is 01772 230660.

    1. The customer experience team will create a barcoded return note for you, this will be emailed to the address you provide. 

    1. Please pack the garments you wish to return into the original packaging that the order arrived in ensuring the barcoded returns note is enclosed.

    Without this barcoded document your return will not be processed for a refund or a credit.

    1. Post the package to us at Zesti Returns Department, Pittman Way, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9ZD

    1. Once we have receipted your package, we will arrange your refund and dispatch your exchange garment accordingly.

    We can’t refund any postage costs you incur to return garments unless we agree the garments are faulty or we supplied incorrect items. In that case, it’s our bad, and we will refund you any postage costs. 


  • How do I get a VAT invoice?

    A VAT invoice will be emailed to you when the garments are dispatched.

    If you wish your invoice to be addressed to your business or company, please ensure you have filled in the correct details in your account.


  • Can I add my logo to the garments?

    Absolutely - We’d love to! We offer a fully digitised embroidery service. If your logo is already set up with us or you only require standard text, you can use our online embroidery service which can be found in your shopping cart on your way to check out. 

    Designs and Logos: How to set up your logo for the first time

    1. Send us your designs in the correct colour and let us know the size and position on the garment you’ve chosen. We just ask that any designs are in jpeg or vector format. Please send all logo designs to

    2. From this we can gather a quotation for the set up charge and application. Again, we'd do this based on the number of stitches required.

    3. If you’re happy with your quote, let’s go! The digital version is created, sampled on fabric and sent to you in the post to make sure it’s spot on.

    4. We will send you an approval form and once you return that to us, your designs will be uploaded onto your account ready to order. Wahoo!

  • How much does embroidery cost?

    If it is simply a line of text you require then the price is £2.25 ex vat per line.

    If it is a company logo then the price will depend on the stitch count required. For a price please email an image of your logo to and a member of our customer experience team will contact you. There is a one off fee of £30 (ex vat) to have your logo set up on our system before you can place your first order.


  • How do I make sure I’m ordering the right size?

    We know how annoying this part can be! So, we’ve included a handy size guide on each of the product pages to help you feel as Zesti as possible in your new scrub attire. These have been carefully considered to include the stretch of fabric and intended fit, so you shouldn’t need to allow any excess when converting your body measurements to the guide.

  • Do you offer special sizes if outside the standard range?

    We are unable to offer a special size service however we have considered our sizing to ensure we have a wide size profile. We strive to lead a productive conversation of body inclusivity and will keep you in the loop as we develop our products!


  • What is ALSI-FLEX™?

    Listen to this! Alsi-flex™ is a innovative stretch fabric which offers the ultimate combination of comfort and durability. Very Zesti indeed! The minimum 25% weft stretch is created using patented technology that is engineered to offer a high stretch and quick shape recovery without the use of conventional elastanes. The technology offers a higher performance and longevity fabric than traditional stretch. The composition and weave have been formulated to produce a comfortable handle that is quick drying and lends itself to multiple industries.


  • Are Zesti’s fabrics stain repellent?

    No, however they are suitable for domestic wash up to 60 degrees which when combined with a standard detergent will lift the majority of stains. 


  • Do you offer maternity options?

    At this moment in time, we do not. However, watch this space as our range develops. At Zesti we really don’t want to leave anyone out!


  • Is your website secure?

    At Zesti we put our trust in Sagepay to provide secure online payment processing. All payments taken on are processed on Sagepay's secure server and at no point does either receive or store your credit/debit card details. We promise.

  • I am a business customer. How do I get a business account?

    Welcome! Please complete the customer registration form on our website ensuring you tick ‘register for business account’.


  • Am I able to have a credit account?

    Yes, of course. Please complete the customer registration form on our website ensuring you tick ‘apply for credit account’ or, if you are already one of our wonderful customers, you can apply by accessing your account section on the website.


  • I am a business with multiple wearers. Who can I speak with to discuss using Zesti to provide our uniform?
