To upload a logo, you will first need to register an account with us.
Select to add a logo on any product you would like personalised and upload your image. Our internal team will then need to approve your design which can take up to 5 working days. You can check the status of your logo in your account under the ‘logos’ menu. There is a one-off £30.00+VAT set up fee to digitise your design, which will be held on your account for future orders.
Once we have approved your logo you can choose where on your garment you want it to appear. All logos are £5.00+VAT per garment.
Make sure you are happy with the logo’s positioning. Then add to cart, checkout and we’ll do the rest! For logo processing, please allow up to 10 days for delivery of embroidered garments.

When you place an order with Zesti, it will arrive between 3 - 5 working days. If for some reason your delivery does not arrive within this time frame, please let us know asap! We want to help.
Currently, we only quote to UK mainland.
Standard delivery is £6.95 ex vat (£8.34 inc vat) and FREE on orders over £75 ex vat (£90 inc vat)
Delivery to NI, Highlands & CI is £17.94 ex VAT.
Our main priority is to make sure you are satisfied with your order. All of Zesti’s standard stock garments come with a 30 day, no squabble refund option.
Just to let you know we can’t accept returns on products that are not in their original state or have been personalised. We are sorry about any inconvenience here.
You have 30 days to return any qualifying garments, so don’t panic! Should you need to send anything back, here’s how you do it:

Our lovely Zesti humans, officially known as the customer experience team, will provide you with a barcode. It will be sent directly to the email address you provided.
If you can, wrap the garments you wish to return into their original packaging. Please make sure the barcoded returns note is enclosed.
This barcode document is essential for the successful return & refund of your items.

You’re all done! Once we have confirmed and received your package, we will get your refund and/or replacement garments on their way to you.
Just to let you know, we can’t refund any postage costs you may incur to return garments, unless we have agreed that the garments we sent you are not up to scratch, or we made a mistake and supplied an incorrect order. If that happens, that is our fault, and you will not be liable to pay any postage costs. We've got it covered.
